Shifts and schedules
Because our clients are spread across the world, we run three main shifts from the Philippines. Australian and New Zealand accounts usually run on a day shift, UK and European accounts on a mid shift in the afternoon and evening, and US and Canadian accounts on a night shift. Each application asks which shifts you can work, so we can match you to suitable accounts from the start.
How our hiring process works
- Apply online through the role page. It takes about five minutes.
- Initial screening by phone or video with one of our recruiters, focusing on communication and experience.
- Assessment relevant to the role, such as a typing test, a writing sample, a troubleshooting exercise or a role play.
- Final interview with the team leader or account manager you would work with.
- Job offer and onboarding, followed by paid training before your first live shift.

Do you hire fresh graduates?
Yes, for selected customer service and virtual assistant accounts where strong English and communication skills matter more than prior experience. Other roles, such as tier two technical support and sales development, usually ask for some relevant experience.
How long does the hiring process take?
Most candidates hear back within a few business days of applying. From first interview to job offer typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the account and how quickly assessments can be scheduled.
