Longevity in this sector usually means stable staff, settled processes and clients who renewed. It also means we have already made the early mistakes, such as spreading people across too many accounts, and built the company around avoiding them rather than repeating them.
ProVizion Outsourcing has been a Philippines outsourcing company since 2011, when our founders set up Provizion Marketing Services to supply a handful of virtual assistants and support staff to insurance agencies and financial advisers in the United States. Those first clients wanted the same things clients ask for today: people who learn the business properly, stay long enough for that learning to matter, and work inside the client's own systems rather than a provider's black box.
Fifteen years on we build dedicated teams for businesses across the US, Australia, the UK and Canada, in customer service, technical support, back office, claims, sales support and specialist administration. Clients have included Allstate, Alibaba Group and Agency MVP. The company is larger and the services broader, but the founding idea has not changed, and this page explains where it came from and how we hold ourselves to it.
Our founders did not set out to build a BPO. They were solving a problem for insurance and financial services businesses that needed policy servicing, quoting support and inbound handling done reliably and could not fill those roles at home. The first teams were two or three people, employed full time, trained on the client's carriers and CRM, and directed by the client each morning. What made those early engagements work was not scale but continuity: the same person answering the same agency's calls month after month, learning the clients by name.
That experience shaped a bias we still carry. We would rather place one person who stays for years than three who rotate through a shared queue.
"So glad that we have the opportunity to work with the team in Manila. Very professional, amazing service. I can't say enough!"
Word travelled inside the insurance and financial sectors first, and the requests grew from assistants to full support desks, then to claims processing, underwriting support and licensing administration. Clients in those industries introduced us to their suppliers and partners, which is how we came to build teams for mortgage brokers, recruiters, ecommerce brands and software companies. Each sector taught us something: mortgage sharpened document handling, ecommerce taught live chat at volume, SaaS pushed us into technical tiering. Today a typical engagement is anywhere from one seat to several dozen, and a description of the sequence we follow is on our step-by-step process page.
Every person we place is employed full time by us, paid competitively, covered for health, given paid leave and offered a career path into team lead, quality and training roles. Staff with tenure can earn flexible working arrangements. We invest in decent working environments because people who are treated well at work behave well towards your customers, and because our turnover stays well beneath the industry average as a direct result.
We also refuse to run shared pools, where an agent splits attention across several clients' queues. A dedicated person learns your products, your tone and your regulars. A shared one learns none of them deeply. This costs us some efficiency and we consider it money well spent.
"What cemented our decision is how attentive the owners and management are. They are on-hand any time to help and always looking for feedback. We feel we're in good hands."
Not every business is ready to offshore, and not every role belongs in Manila. When a prospective client describes work that lacks enough volume for a full-time seat, depends on undocumented knowledge, or needs to be done in person, we say so and suggest they revisit the idea later. It costs us an engagement in the short term and earns us a referral more often than not. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, our guide to offshoring in the Philippines sets out the readiness questions we ask ourselves before we ask you.
Teams up to about twenty people are recruited, employed and housed directly by ProVizion. For programmes larger than that, particularly those needing fifty or more seats or round-the-clock coverage, we work with established partner centres in the Philippines that operate more than a thousand seats. In those arrangements we remain your single point of contact and keep ownership of team design, recruitment standards, quality and reporting, while the partner provides floor space, infrastructure and surge capacity. Clients see one relationship.
Our founders and senior managers still speak with clients directly. They join discovery conversations, sit in on monthly reviews for larger accounts, and are the escalation point when something needs a decision rather than a process. They also spend time on the floor in Manila, because staff working conditions are the foundation of everything else. Examples of the teams that have come out of those conversations are on our case studies page, and if you would like to speak with someone, the contact page explains the two ways to reach us.

Yes. Provizion Marketing Services is the trading entity through which ProVizion Outsourcing operates and employs its staff. Contracts and invoices carry that name; the teams and the people you deal with are the same.
Mainly the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada. Manila's UTC+8 time zone lets us cover Australian hours on a day shift, North American hours on a night shift and UK hours on a split or afternoon shift, so we recruit staff to the hours each market needs.
Insurance and financial services were our first sectors and remain our deepest. Since then we have built teams for mortgage, recruitment, ecommerce, SaaS, trades, agencies, healthcare administration and accounting, so the range is broad while the roots stay in regulated, detail-heavy work.
In the Philippines, across office-based, home-based and hybrid arrangements depending on the role and the client's compliance needs. Larger programmes may sit in partner facilities, but every person is recruited to our standards and works only for the client they were hired for.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
