Call center outsourcing in the Philippines gives you a dedicated inbound or blended voice team, recruited for your accounts and run on your telephony, with QA and reporting built in.

Call center outsourcing in the Philippines is the reason so many US, Australian, UK and Canadian brands answer the phone with a Filipino voice. ProVizion Outsourcing has been building dedicated inbound and blended voice teams since 2011, recruiting from a network of more than 10,000 professionals in a country where voice support is a mainstream career rather than a stopgap job.
Brands including Allstate, USHEALTH Group and Anytime Fitness have run Philippine voice operations because the fundamentals are strong: neutral accents, a service-minded culture and a large pool of agents who already understand queues, scorecards and adherence. What sets a good program apart is the engineering around the agents. This page covers IVR and queue design, the trade-off between handle time and first-call resolution, QA scorecards, recording, telephony platforms, 24/7 shift patterns and why a dedicated team outperforms a shared floor.
Most of the teams we build are inbound first: customer service lines, order and booking lines, member services, billing enquiries and appointment desks. Blended teams add outbound work into the same roster, such as callbacks, renewal reminders, welcome calls, survey follow-ups and win-back campaigns, so agents stay productive when inbound volume dips. Pure outbound sales teams are a different discipline with different hiring, and we build those separately.
Voice agents are hired for the phone specifically: clear diction, calm under pressure, able to talk while navigating three screens. Written channels need a different profile, explained on our live chat outsourcing page.
"So glad that we have the opportunity to work with the team in Manila. Very professional, amazing service. I can't say enough!"
A call center is only as good as the path a caller takes before an agent picks up. During set-up we review your IVR with you: how many menu levels a caller has to get through, whether the options match the reasons people actually call, and where a caller can reach a person without pressing zero five times. Skills-based routing then sends billing calls to agents trained on billing and technical calls to agents trained on troubleshooting, instead of dropping everything into one pool.
Two metrics pull against each other on every voice floor. Average handle time rewards short calls; first-call resolution rewards calls that fix the problem so the customer does not ring back. Chase handle time too hard and agents rush, transfer or promise a callback that generates a second call. Ignore it entirely and queues build. We set both targets with you and weight them by call type, so a simple balance enquiry is measured mainly on speed while a complex complaint is measured mainly on resolution.
Team leaders coach against the recording rather than the spreadsheet, because a long call is sometimes the right call.
"What cemented our decision is how attentive the owners and management are. They are on-hand any time to help and always looking for feedback. We feel we're in good hands."
Every call can be recorded in your telephony platform, stored under your retention rules, and sampled for quality review. The scorecard is built with you before launch and typically covers greeting and verification, listening and empathy, accuracy of the information given, correct use of systems, compliance statements where required, and closing. Each line has a weight so a missed compliance disclosure counts for more than a slightly abrupt sign-off.
QA analysts score a set number of calls per agent per week, calibrate with your own quality team on a shared sample so both sides mark the same way, and turn the results into targeted coaching.
Agents log into your contact center platform rather than a ProVizion switch. Many of our agents and team leaders have worked on Five9, Genesys Cloud, Talkdesk, RingCentral Contact Center, NICE CXone and Amazon Connect, and the rest are trained on your instance during onboarding. Keeping the telephony with you means your reporting, recordings, workforce management data and CRM integration all stay in one place, and the team can be reassigned or expanded without any migration.
If you do not yet have a platform, we can advise on options, but the licence and the data remain yours. Our telecommunications outsourcing page covers the specific needs of telco and ISP support lines.
Because Manila is UTC+8, Philippine agents can cover any market from a normal working day or a permanent night shift. A typical 24/7 roster uses three overlapping shifts with a fixed rotation, so agents keep a stable sleep pattern and your customers get consistent coverage across weekends and public holidays in your country.
For predictable peaks such as open enrolment, tax season or holiday trading, we pre-recruit a surge group that joins the roster for a defined window. Programs beyond about 20 seats can be delivered through partner facilities with 1,000-plus seats and the same quality framework.
Shared floors place your calls with agents who also answer for other brands, switching scripts within the same hour. Product knowledge stays shallow and your best agents can be reassigned without notice. A dedicated team works only on your account, learns your products deeply, absorbs your brand voice and builds a relationship with your managers. You can run them day to day yourself or have a ProVizion team leader manage rosters, QA and coaching, and you can change that arrangement later.
Because every agent holds a full-time position that comes with health cover and paid leave, and can move up into QA, training or team lead work, attrition sits well below the industry norm. For non-voice service, our customer service outsourcing page describes the wider model.

We use your historical call arrival and handle time data to forecast demand by interval, then schedule shifts and breaks so the number of agents logged in matches the expected load. Forecasts are refreshed weekly as new data comes in.
That is how we prefer to run it. Both teams score a shared set of calls each month to calibrate, so an eight out of ten means the same thing on either side. Disagreements are discussed and the scorecard guidance updated.
Overflow rules in your platform route excess calls to a secondary skill group first, and callback options protect the caller experience. For sustained increases we add agents from our screened bench, and for very large or seasonal surges we plan a surge group in advance.
Only where compliance requires exact wording, such as verification or disclosure statements. Elsewhere agents work from call guides and knowledge articles, so conversations sound natural. Recordings and QA coaching keep the tone consistent without forcing a script.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
