Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use the ProVizion Outsourcing website.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of provizionoutsourcing.com (the "website"), operated by Provizion Marketing Services, trading as ProVizion Outsourcing ("ProVizion", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services and these terms

The website describes the outsourcing and offshore staffing services we offer. It is not an offer to supply services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and current, but its content is general information about our services and about outsourcing to the Philippines. It is not legal, tax, financial or employment advice, and you should take professional advice before acting on it. Descriptions of timelines, team structures and outcomes reflect what is typical; results for any particular engagement depend on its scope and circumstances. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Proposals and enquiries

Submitting a proposal request or booking a call does not create any obligation on you or on us. Proposals we send are offers made on the information you provide, are valid for the period stated in them, and become binding only when a written agreement is signed. Please make sure the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it; introduce malicious code; submit false, misleading or spam enquiries; or copy or scrape its content in bulk for commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, the ProVizion name and logo, and page design, belong to ProVizion or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission. Client names and testimonials appear with the permission of the businesses and people concerned and remain their property.

Third-party services and links

The website uses third-party services, including Calendly for bookings and Formspree for form submissions, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the website and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of it or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights you have under consumer protection law such as the Australian Consumer Law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
