ProVizion is hiring customer service representatives in the Philippines to look after the customers of businesses in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada. You will answer calls, emails and chats for one client account, learn their products properly and become the person their customers are glad to reach.
These are full-time positions with HMO health cover, paid leave and a clear path into senior, quality and team lead roles. Fresh graduates with strong English are welcome to apply, and experienced agents can move onto more complex accounts sooner.
"Very professional group, highly recommend their services!"
You log in fifteen minutes before your shift, read the account updates your team leader posted overnight and check any open tickets you own. Most of the shift is live contact: calls, chats and emails, with short breaks and a meal break built into the roster. Quality analysts review a sample of your interactions each week and you get specific coaching on what to keep doing and what to change. Many of our senior agents started on exactly this kind of account.
It takes about five minutes. Our recruitment team reviews every application and contacts shortlisted candidates by email or SMS within a few business days.
Our recruitment team will review your details and contact you if you are shortlisted. In the meantime, you can look at our other openings.
"I can tell they have our best interest at heart because they're always going the extra mile for us."
Not always. Some accounts accept fresh graduates with excellent English and good communication skills, while others ask for at least six months of BPO experience. Apply and our recruiters will match you to the account that fits your background.
It depends on where the client's customers are. Australian accounts usually run on a day shift, US and Canadian accounts on a night shift, and UK accounts on a mid or afternoon shift. You can tell us your preferences in the application.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
