ProVizion is hiring sales development representatives in the Philippines to open conversations for businesses in the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. You will prospect by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify interest and book meetings for your client's account executives.
This is a target-driven role for confident communicators who enjoy the pace of outbound sales. Positions are full time with HMO, paid leave and performance incentives on many accounts, and they are a strong first step toward account management and sales leadership.
"I can tell they have our best interest at heart because they're always going the extra mile for us."
You will not be handed a phone and a list on day one. Every SDR goes through training on the client's product, ideal customer and messaging, then practises calls with a coach before going live. Team leaders listen to calls each week and give specific feedback, and top performers move onto bigger accounts, senior SDR roles and team leadership.
It takes about five minutes. Our recruitment team reviews every application and contacts shortlisted candidates by email or SMS within a few business days.

"Very professional group, highly recommend their services!"
On many accounts, yes. Incentives are usually tied to qualified meetings booked and are explained during your interview for the specific account you are being considered for.
Yes. Many successful SDRs come from customer service. If you are comfortable starting conversations with strangers and can handle rejection without losing energy, apply and tell us about it.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
