ProVizion is hiring technical support representatives in the Philippines for software companies, SaaS platforms, managed service providers and AI businesses. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users through fixes and write the kind of clear bug reports that engineers appreciate.
We hire for tier one roles, where strong communication matters most, and tier two roles for people with deeper technical skills. Every role is full time with HMO, paid leave and structured product training before you take your first ticket.
"Great team that performs for us. Game changer."
Technical support is one of the fastest ways to build a career at ProVizion. New hires go through product training and shadowing before handling live tickets, then move through tier one into tier two, subject matter expert and team lead positions as their skills grow. Many of our clients also sponsor training on their own platforms, so the skills you build stay with you.
It takes about five minutes. Our recruitment team reviews every application and contacts shortlisted candidates by email or SMS within a few business days.

"This team is characterized for their hard work and communication. They will not stop until they get to the outcome that is agreed upon."
No. A relevant degree helps, but practical experience in help desk, IT support or QA counts just as much. Tell us about the systems and problems you have worked on and we will assess you on that.
Tier one handles the most common requests and how-to questions using guides and macros. Tier two takes the harder cases that need investigation, such as reproducing bugs, reading logs or testing integrations. You can apply for either and we will place you based on your assessment.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
